Products are delivered digitally via email, as physical courses or events, or by post or courier. Remember to check your spam filter for digitally delivered products.
Products can be purchased with both VISA and Mastercard.
All prices are in Danish kroner including VAT unless otherwise stated.
For subscriptions and instalments, the subscription price or instalment, as stated on the product page, is automatically charged for each subscription period or instalment.
Receipt for the withdrawal will be sent by email.
You will receive an email confirming your subscription enrolment after signing up for the subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and unsubscribe yourself by clicking on the link provided in each invoice.
Termination is immediate and after termination no further invoicing or charges will be made.
However, invoices already sent out still need to be paid. You can also write to arno@soma-terapi.dk.
By signing up, you have committed to paying the full amount, even if you have chosen to pay in instalments.
If you want to change the card the subscription or instalment payment is charged to, this is done by clicking on the link in each invoice.
Delivery is usually within minutes, but in exceptional cases it can take up to 5 business days.
There is a 14-day return policy. If you regret your purchase within 14 days, please contact us at arno@soma-terapi.dkand you'll get a full refund.
NOTE: The right of cancellation for digitally delivered goods and services lapses as soon as the purchased item is put into use, as it cannot be returned.
The product is considered in use when you have completed payment and received your invoice and thus access to the course or online workshop in question.
By purchasing a subscription, you consent to the cancellation of the 14-day right of withdrawal.
For workshops, events and programmes online or in person, less than 1 month before the event, 50% will be charged. No refunds are given for less than 14 days. However, you are always welcome to give your place to someone else.
They are yours in perpetuity unless otherwise stated or until the subscription is cancelled. We do not undertake to host the material in perpetuity. It is the buyer's responsibility to download and back up the material in case the buyer loses access.
However, we will always give at least 14 days' notice if we need to shut down access.
It is the buyer's responsibility to maintain and correct the email address we send notifications to.
All rights to courses, workshops, events and digital products belong to SOMA. Upon purchase, a licence is obtained exclusively to use the purchased product as stated under the product in question.
Any dispute between SOMA and the member must first be settled by negotiation. If the parties cannot reach agreement, the dispute shall be settled by the courts under Danish law at the court in YOUR CITY as first instance.
SOMA reserves the right to change the terms and conditions on an ongoing basis without notifying members separately.
The membership terms and conditions applicable at any given time will be available on the website.
All customers should keep themselves informed about changes to the terms and conditions.
